Go in the strength you have

” The lord who delivered me from the paw of the lion and the paw of the bear will deliver me from the hand of this Philistine” 1 Samuel 12: 34-36

when David went facing the giant Goliath, he recalled of the victory he had with the lion and the bea. He found strength and courage from the experience. The enemy before looked intimidating but he drew strength from his testimony. The enemy was armed and was big big in appearance. He was known as the…….. enemy. when Saul heard that he wanted to confront the enemy , he gave him his armour. He felt/thought that was appropriate for the battle and was strong to protect David. But when David entered the battlefield he took off Saul’s gear and went as he was with a stone.
